Currently Contracts allow to have Header Pricing type as Priced and Sequence pricing type as editable from a picklist.
It is not a business scenario to have a Priced contract with Basis or HTA sequence.
We should restrict the pricing type of Sequence to just 'Priced' when the header pricing type is Priced.
