JDE customer has reported the below issue in TE2 environment while doing their 2nd UAT testing.

Steps:
# Open an existing contract
# Duplicate it
# Save
Issue:
Getting the error message as "This record is currently being edited by Remco, Time locked"
Even after logging out and do another login, record is still locked.
Acceptance:
The record should not get locked
