Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-266039 - 21.2 TC1 - Inconsistent/different basis component report layout|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-266039]   Steps:   1. Go to Contract Management   2. Generate Basis component report   3. Download report     Issue:   JDE customer has reported the below issue in TE2 environment while doing their UAT testing.   Different formatting is hindering the reporting flow. Format should be stable/consistent.   Compare downloads of the live system vs the TE2 system.   *Live:*   All headers are on row 4, headers are not comprising two rows.   First contract shows on line 5   Planned availability is comprising of 4 columns   Entity is comprising of 2 columns     *TE2 system*   Non-cost headers are comprising two rows and is starting on row 5.   First contract shows on line 7   Planned availability is comprising of 5 columns   Entity is comprising of 1 column     Acceptance:   Live and TE2 basis component report format should be consistent. It should follow the Live version.
