Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-265157 - Audit log shows incorrect entries as Email Sent but no mail was sent at the same time|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-265157]   Steps:   1. Create purchase contract   2. Click Email > Sample Instructions   3. Click Send Email     Issue:   Audit log for P30663 shows as Pedro sent out an email. But, if we see in the Email log, it doesn't have any entry in it. Also, it logs on the different contract     Accepted:   Email sent logs should display on its own Activities log and Audit log.
