Issue #1:
When user makes any changes to fields in the contract sequence, it is not showing old and new value in the audit log.

Issue #2:
On user changing "Provisional P&L" field in the contract sequence after invoicing, system has triggered an approval process.

Accepted:
Issue 1: Changes in the contract sequence should display in the Audit Logs' Old and New Field.
Issue 2: Approval Process should not trigger when changing the "Provisional P&L" field.
