Steps:

# Apply Scale tickets
# Price basis contract which creates the vouchers.
Issue:
Wheat ticket 31117A is for 888.386 Bushels. Voucher BL-23524 for that ticket is only paying 156.0527 bushels
Corn ticket 08272021 is for 972.5 bushels. Voucher BL-23516 for that ticket is only paying {color:#222222}908.57{color} bushels
I was able to go to the IR and click the voucher button to create a new voucher for the balance of the IR without any issues.
The other vouchers associated with these scale tickets and contracts create the other vouchers correctly except for these two.
Why during pricing the contract wasn't the full amount of the scale ticket included on the voucher?
I copied 01 to 99 and created a backup.
Accepted:
Issue 1: Full amount of the scale ticket should be included in the voucher
Issue 2: Generated vouchers should be equal to the distributed ticket
