Issue:
An entry was made in DPR summary log for contract 6658-1 for Purchase Basis Deliveries and should not have been. This was a settlement to a priced contract. This entry is causing DPR to be incorrect. Will need a code fix to determine the issue and a data fix for DPR summary log.
