JDE customer has reported the below issue in their Live environment
The Contract 1st Level - Logistics approver Thomas is saying he only approved the contract and did not edit anything in the contract but some of the contracts are showing that he edited something and has submitted for approval which is wrong.
Steps:
Contract is created and submitted for approval
Contract 1st level - Logistics approver checks the contract and approves it
Issue:
In the contract 1007337.355 in the Audit Log it shows the contract 1st level approver Thomas has edited something on Cargill / Fronting and submits for approval again but in reality he is only a approver and has not edited anything in the contract
In a different scenario, in the contract 1005410.1792 in the Audit Log it does not show any record edited by the contract 1st level approver Thomas but in the Approval it shows that he has edited something and submits for approval again but in reality he is only a approver and has not edited anything in the contract
Acceptance
The system should not submit for approval which is not edited by the approver
