Contract on M2M Backdated Transaction showing basis record even if it's already priced on the M2M date used.
Steps:
1. Run M2M as of 07/31/52021
2. Check Contract Basis

*Initial findings on Investigation:*
Issue: As you will see in the M2M Transaction screenshot, their contract basis is different:
There is a log of price fixation with a basis of 47.5
And there is also a log 'Deleted Pricing', which has a basis of 50 which causes it to double the record in M2M.

Acceptance: Should only log for 47.50 as one row in M2M
