Steps.
1. Create a contract header as below

2. Create a contract seq as below.

3. Click on update
Issue
Contract sequence didn't add in the contract header and not closing the screen
Expectation
Newly created contract sequence should be added in the contract header.
Note:
It is not working after getting this error in the console.
