Steps:
In company Zug (irely CH)
1. Create Contract
- Enter header details
- Enter additional info details
2. Save
Issue:
One of the approvers "Peter B" was able to save a contract with "No need for Approval" even though this user has been configured to go through the approval process.

PFA animated GIF. One possibility, when a contract header is saved before creating sequence, it is setting approval status as "No need for Approval". later while saving the sequence, for some reason, it is not changing to "Submit for Approval".
Accepted:
- When saving the contract without a sequence, the status should show 'Waiting for Submit' and the 'Submit for Approval' button should not display.
