JDE customer has reported the below issue. It is reproducible in the TE environment
Steps:
1. In i21 open the Basis component report and give the filter with Contract Date between 06/02/2014 and 27/07/2021 and download the report to excel
2. In the SQL run the Basis Component view for the same date range Contract Date between 06/02/2014 and 27/07/2021 and extract the report
Issue:
In i21 in the Basis component dowloaded report in excel it shows total records as 35581 but in the sql view extract it shows the total records as 35590, so the total records does not match between the two reports which is wrong
Attached is the excel file containing the downloaded report from i21(Basis Component Report - i21) and extract report from the sql view (Basic component report extract from view)
Acceptance:
It should display the same total records in both the reports for the given date range
