*Issue* :
There are missing indexes in tables *tblCTSequenceUsageHistory* and *tblCTSequenceHistory* which could improve the performance of grain settlements when added.
The query below in uspCTLogSummary is currently taking around 2~2.5 seconds to finish.
Note: The execution plan below was captured in QC3 using 20.1ZeelandProd (build 20.19.0719.123)
