Add the Contract Management module to the list of modules for portal access.
*Search screen:*
Will have only contracts for that Portal User. The screen will be read only except for opening a contract that was previously created.
*Contract screen:*
Details tab is read only except for the Signed checkbox. Print will be available but all other functions including hyperlinks are read only. Will be able to open the sequence also read only.
*Additional Info tab:*
Read only including hyperlinks. Hide Internal Comments.
*Documentation tab:*
Read only with the ability to Download any documents.
