Voucher BL-20686 which was created by scale ticket 66269. The scale ticket was distributed to two Priced contracts but when the voucher was created, the voucher did not include the second contract nor the discounts for both portions of the ticket.
To manually correct it, Delete Pay and Unpost the voucher and Add Payables to add the missing lines.
Copied 01 to 99 for review.
