Steps:
User 05017370 opens the approved contract 1005415.1491
Changes the Start Date in sequence 1 from 01/09/2020 to 15/09/2020
Clicks on Save button

It prompt to submit for approval and the approver approves it

Issue:
1. In the Amendment tab the Start date old value and New value is showing wrongly as 9 instead of the date format dd/mm/yyyy i.e., old value - 01/09/2020 and new value - 15/09/2020

2. Also if the user changes the Terms from 260 days from date of invoice TO 180 days from date of invoice it prompts to submit for approval and approver approve it.

Then in the Amendment tab the Terms old value and New value is showing wrongly as 260,00 & 180,00 instead of the description for old value as 260 days from date of invoice and new value as 180 days from date of invoice

Acceptance:
In the Amendment tab it should display the old value and new value correctly
