Steps:
User 05017370 opens the approved contract 1005415.1491
Changes the INCO/Ship Term from CIF to FOB
Clicks on Save button

Issue:
System is not prompting the message to Submit for Approval
Acceptance:
System should prompt to submit for approval as in the Amendment and Approvals screen the INCO/Ship Term is selected as Amendment. And also for that user 05017370 in the user maintenance it is configured require approval for Amendment and Approvals
