Steps:
* Create a contract with quantity 600 bags of 60 kgs with 2 lots and save

* Fix the price for 2 lots

* For the same contract reduce the quantity to 300 bags of 60 kgs which is 1 lot and save

Issue:
* It is allowing to save the contract without giving the pop up message as "Cannot reduce number of lots to 1. As 2 lots are price fixed"
* And in the Price contract showing negative Lots unfixed

Acceptance:
It should not allow to save the contract if no. of lots is reduced than price fixed lots for that contract
