Issue: Pricing contract seq 2 with already 3 tickets created, it doesn't priced according to creation of IS
From the sample below, 1st invoice was created for Ticket 2 (IS2) then for Ticket 3 (IS3) and last is for Ticket 1 (IS1)

Acceptance: Should price in FIFO order based on created IS From the example, Invoice 1 should be for Ticket 1 (IS1) (50.00), Invoice 2 for Ticket 2 (IS2) (25.25) and Invoice 3 for Ticket 3 (IS3)(100.00).
