There need to be an attribute which will make Bag mark optional or mandatory.
*If Mandatory:*
Then force user to add atleast one bag mark and should be set as default, else do not allow the sequence to save.

*if optional:*
User may wish not to add any bag mark and he can save the sequence.
If in case he adds a bag mark, it should be forced to set as default, else do not allow the sequence to be saved.
