Email an attached contract from the contract header screen quickly, easily choosing recepients and/or default contact.
* Add email button/link
* Clicking the email button will attach the contract and bring up an address window. The email address will populate from the entity default contract contact as well as the contacts that are marked "contracts" in the email distribution. The user will have the ability to add/edit the email addresses.
* When the email is sent, add a copy of the email in the Documentation tab which will have an additional tab for emailing contracts (see example from Process Payments) .
* If a contract is emailed, check the Printed checkbox on the contract.
Entity - contact
More than one contact could have Contracts as an email distribution. All contacts with contracts need to default on email.
