# Create Purchase basis contract 1
# Create Purchase basis contract 2
# Create scale ticket and distribute portion to contract 1 and contract 2
# Price basis contract 1
# Review voucher
+Acceptance+: voucher should only have portion of scale ticket that was priced on contract 1.
