When a 'Sales Contract' is posted in Inventory shipment, it calls uspCTShipped.
It will update the contracts for its Scheduled Qty (uspCTUpdateSequenceQuantity), _and_ Applied Qty (uspCTUpdateSequenceBalance).
IC needs to call the equivalent of uspCTShipped for 'Item Contracts'.
