*A.* The pricing box doesn't fill on the contract sequence if the item is defaulted until the item is re-selected.
*B.* The item field is required on the sequence but the field missing a red asterisk (please add it).
Steps to recreate:
*A.*
# Create a new contract
## Use a commodity that only contains one item
# Insert a new sequence
# Enter start and end date
# *Item should default*
# Error (Image 1)
## Pricing box should populate without re-selecting the item
Acceptance:

# Create a new contract
## Use a commodity that only contains one item

*B.*
# There should be a red asterisk beside the item field
