Quantity field is pre-filled with wrong Unit of Measure

Same issue is there in TE3 environment also.{color}   Steps:   In the contract search screen click on New button   Select the type as Purchase, select the vendor, select the commodity as Coffee     Issue:   The UOM field is automatically filled with "KG".   JDE customer says this UOM we never use and in the JDE Live in 18.1 this is not pre filled, it is blank and the user selects.   If it is automatically filled with KG then it will cause data error. Users will always give different size of bags so system should not auto-fill with the UOM like KG. This will ensure that user always is forced to choose the correct UOM.   !pastedImage_d125139_0.png|height=368,width=544!       Acceptance:   When user creates a new contract, next to Quantity - the UOM field should be blank like it worked in 18.1 so that users are always forced to select the required UOM from the drop down
