Steps:
# Create Purchase Basis Contract
# Add sequence
# Save
# Create tickets for the contract with ff scenarios:
## Load In ticket for the contract > Distributed to the Contract
## Load In ticket for the contract > Partially distributed to the Contract and remaining is distributed to Storage
## Load In ticket for a different contract > Partially distributed to the main contract and to the contract with issue
## Load In ticket with Distribution Type = Customer Load > Distribute to Storage > Storage is settle to the Contract
# Create tickets until all quantity is applied
# Price the Basis Contract
Issue:
# Error message reported by the client. Note that the vouchers mentioned in the error message are the vouchers created when pricing the contract

# Error message I encountered is the one below. Note that my contract has no voucher yet.

Acceptance: Voucher was not created during ticket distribution and settling storage because contract is still unpriced so when Pricing the contract, error message above should not prompt.
