Steps:
# Create sales basis contract
# Save
# Create multiple load out tickets (do not distribute all)
# Distribute
# Post Destination Weight/Grade
## Tickets created for steps 3~5 will create Inventory Shipment
# Price Contract
## Will create Invoices for the created IS
# Create multiple tickets for the remaining qty
# Distribute
# Post Destination Weight/Grade
## Tickets created for steps 3~5 will create Inventory Shipment and Invoices
# Reopen Pricing Contract
# Edit note
Issue: Duplicate invoices were created
Acceptance: Should no longer create invoices because invoices were already created when contract was priced and when Destination Weight/Grade was posted for tickets created after pricing.
