This is not working. Not sure if it ever did, but we need to get it fixed. It works when you FULLY price a sequence, But it also needs to work -
- -When you partially price a sequence- (completed in CT-3315)
- When you partially price a sequence and you use the SPLIT checkbox to have the remaining unpriced portion create a new sequence.
This would fall under the Sequence section (Quantity) because you are changing the sequence quantity via the split function.

Steps:
# Create Purchase/Sales Basis contract
# Save
# Signed the contract
# Partial Price the contract
# Check Split
# Save
Issue: Amendment was not created
Acceptance: Unpriced qty will be entered as another sequence. Amendment should be created
