Steps:
1. Create Purchase Basis Contract. Basis is -0.25.
2. Process to Load Shipment. Enter Container info. Link Containers and Orders. Post Load Shipment.
3. Create Inventory Receipt. Cost is 0.00. Post Inventory Receipt (Make sure that Allow zero cost in Item Location is checked so that you can post the Inventory Receipt).
4. Open Price Contract. Select the Contract. Enter Futures Price of 3.50. Click Save.
Issue: This error is shown.

Acceptance Criteria: Should allow Price Contract be saved. And then voucher is created.
