Create a button on the Prepaid title that will go to the Prepay entry screen and populate the screen with contract information. When a prepay is linked to the contract either from the contract button or on the prepay screen directly, the Prepaid checkbox will be checked to indicate that a prepay has been created for this contract.
The Prepaid checkbox is read only.
If no prepaid is available then it will open the Bill screen in new mode with below default value
* Type - Vendor Prepayment
* Vendor
* Contract Number in the grid
