Contract balance on entry screen does not agree with Contract Balance report or DPR. Refer to HelpDesk
Look at the Contract Balance, it used the Weight from Inventory Shipment.
Issue: Mismatch on Contract > Balance vs. DPR due to Destination Wgt.
Acceptance Criteria: To compute for Contract Balance, Invoice Transaction Qty should be considered. In that way, when there is Destination Wgt, correct Qty are considered in Contract > Balance field and Contract > History tab > New Value and Balance.

Contracts fix: Update DPR when invoice is posted.
