*Reproduction Steps:*
1. Go to Contract Management -> Activities -> Brpkerage Commission Processing.
2. Open Batch# B0509-1.
3. Click on Print -> Commercial Invoice.
*Issues with Expected Results:*
1. Below highlighted address line is not as per the desired format.
*Expected:* Break it in 2 lines. 1st line should show Zip Code, City and the 2nd line should show Country.

2. Amount is showing in too many decimal places.
*Expected:* It should show in 2 decimal points.
3. Vat No is not showing at all.
*Expected Result:*
It should show from Vat Number field of the corresponding customer entity.
