*Reproduction Steps:*
1. Go to Contract Management -> Activities -> Brpkerage Commission Processing.
2. Open Batch# B191505-1.
3. Click on Print -> Statement print for Sub agent.
*Issues with Expected Results:*
1. Below highlighted address line is not as per the desired format.
*Expected:* Break it in 2 lines. 1st line should show Zip Code, City and the 2nd line should show Country.

2. Commission value is showing in too many decimal places.
*Expected:* It should show in 2 decimal points.
3. Label 'Quality' is wrong
*Expected:* It should be Quantity.
4. Alignment of the Rate field is not proper.

Rate amount and UOM should be displayed separately as these are two separate column as per below screenshot. *!pastedImage_d118687_2.png!*
