+Steps+:
# Create sale priced contract for 150k pounds and price is in pounds.
# Create two Logistics loads for 50k pounds each
# Create Load Out scale ticket with discount schedule with UOM of tons.
# Apply first ticket of 26 tons (52000 lbs) to the contract
# Apply second ticket of 27 tons (54000 lbs) to the contract
Second ticket should be able to apply to the contract.
