* Entered 3 seperate Pricings for 20 ton, 40 tons, and 40 Tons to make the contract fully priced before delivery
* Entered 4 scale tickets
** 2740 - 35 Tons
** 2741 - 35 Tons
** 2742 - 24 Tons
** 2743 - 30 Tons
Issue:
* on ticket 2743 The manual Distribution Screen shows the LS using 6 Tons which is correct. This would Complete the contract
* in the Contract Sections it shows 1 ton going to contract 10290
** This ton is already being used by LS-3111
* Spot shows 23 tons, it should show 24 tons going to spot

Acceptance:
* In this case the 1 ton of Available Qty should be used by the LS- 3111 and 24 ton should go to spot
