* Earlier in 17.1 whenever we chagne the plant (sub-location) system used to change the port of destination automatically
* Now when we change the plant - it has no impact on the port of destination
* This is a critical issue that needs to be resolved as otherwise it will have the wrong destination port
* For e.g. 1005321.173 - change the plant between L-902 and L903 - you will see the impact on the TE environment for this contract. However it will have no change to the destination port in the production environment
