JDE customer has reported the below issue in Live environment after it was upgraded to 18.1 version

Just captured and got problem: status complete and sequence not shown.

Steps:
Enter a new contract with header details and save

Issue:
The status is showing as complete

Acceptance:
The status should be blank if there is no sequence for the contract
