1. On Contract Balance, run 10/10/2018 - 10/12/2018. Balance Quantity will be 52,385.85

2. Click on Refresh Contract Data. This will delete that entry in the Contract History table.
3. On Contract Balance run 01/01/1900 - 10/12/2018. Balance Quantity will be 51,437.60

ISSUE
Contract balance 10/10/2018 - 10/12/2018 should be same with the open balance quantity when filtering 01/01/1900 - 10/12/2018.
ACCEPTED
Regardless of the From Date, It should be the same quantity as on 10/12/2018. In this case, it should be 51,437.60
