*STEPS:*
1. Create new item (ex. item C) and increase item On Hand by creating Direct Inventory Receipt then post.
2. Create 2 Sale Priced Contract:
* 1st Sale Price Contract - Contract Qty is 500 BU
* 2nd Sale Price Contract - Contract Qty is 500 BU then click Load to generate 1 Load Schedule (500 BU)

3. Create Load Out Scale Ticket and apply Load schedule (associated to 2nd Sale Priced Contract).

4. Distribute Ticket.
*ISSUE:* Unable to distribute Load Schedule scale ticket.

ACCEPTANCE:
Should be able to distribute Load Schedule ticket
*INITIAL FINDINGS:*
When I tried to manually distribute ticket, looks like the scheduled qty of the 1st Sale Priced Contract was doubled. That is why we cannot distribute the ticket automatically.
See the figures below.
2nd Sale Priced Contract with Load Schedule was initially applied to Ticket.
Since the LS has only 500 BU available qty, the Contract will assign the remaining units to the first Contract with available qty.
However, it looks like CT usp doubled the scheduled qty. instead of displaying the correct Available Qty (i.e. 332.907) it displayed only 167.093.

When I tried to untag the selected Load Schedule in Scale Ticket, Scheduled qty of the 1st Sale Contract did not revert.

Issue:
* ticket # 1924 Has LS- 1896 on the ticket.
** Ticket should apply 12.5 ton to LS-1896 on contract 10108
** Balance of 19.575 tons should go to Contract 10107
* Contract 10107 Shows an available balance of 25.475 Tons.
* When distributing the ticket in Auto Distribution Mode we get the following error:

* When distributing in Manual Mode:
** Contract 10107 only shows it has 5.9 tons available
Acceptance:
* Ticket should distribute 12.5 tons to LS-1896 that is on Contract 10108
* Remaining 19.575 tons should be distributed to Contract 10107
