Allow pricing of a sale basis contract after applying tickets but before Post of Destination Weights.
Currently, an error message appears when pricing the basis contract. Once the tickets Post the Destination Weights, and then price the basis contract the invoices are created.
+Acceptance+:
# Should allow pricing of the sale basis contract before Post of the Destination Weights.
# Since the Destination Weights have not Posted, invoice should not be created. Once the Dest Weights have Posted the invoice are created at that time.
Error message from Price Contract screen when attempting to price with tickets that have not Post the Destination Weights.
