+Issue+:
User doesn't have visability to invoices that need sent to customers from basis pricings.
When pricing a basis contract in the "Price Contract" Screen, a Voucher or Invoice is created and Posted for the Priced delivered qty.
+Acceptance+:
Price Contract screen - Create invoices but do *Not* Post the invoice when there is delivered qty that is priced.
This is the same behavior when Priced Load Out scale tickets are distributed.
+Process Steps+:
Create Sale basis contract
Apply scale ticket
Price basis contract
Invoice is created but not Posted.
