*Using 18.1.0804.304*
*Issues with reproduction Steps:*
1. Create a Contract and Sequence without entering Contract Item field.

2. Now make Contract Item mandatory from User Role Control permission.
3. Now duplicate this Contract with sequence.
4. It's not validating the mandatory check.
*Expected Result:*
1. It has to validate mandatory check at the time of duplication.
