With a Load Based contract, if the user adjusts the Qty/Load on the sequence and saves, the Qty Balance column on the sequence grid is not updated.
Scenario -
Create a Load Based Contract for 4 25 Ton loads.
Generate 4 loads scheduls from contract.
Open sequence and modify qty/load to be 10 Ton. It adjusts the total on the contract, but doesn't update the Quantity on the Load Shipment Scheudle or the Qty Balance on the sequence grid.

# Update the Qty Balance on the sequence grid when the Qty/Load is adjusted.
# If a logistics Load Schedule is attached to the sequence and not delivered, adjust the Quantity on the Load/Shipment Schedule.
