Raised error message if the entire ticket quantity can not be applied to a contract

Description Prevent Auto Distribution to contract if the entire ticket can not be applied to a contract.   During Auto Distribution to a contract, if the enitre ticket balance can not be applied to a contract the IR or IS will have a line item for the remaining balance at zero cost. Since the ticket created the IR/IS, there is no way to price or apply the balance to another contract. In the case of a IR a voucher is created for the priced portion and if paid prevents the ticket from being undistributed.   +Acceptance+:   # If the scale is set to Auto Distribution and the Distribution is Contract or Load, if the entire ticket balance is not applied to a contract, stop the distribution. Display a message, saying that the entire ticket quantity can not be applied to a contract. # If the scale is set to Manual Distribution and the Distribution is Load, the same rule above will need to apply.     *uspCTUpdationFromTicketDistribution* modify this SP and raised the error message if there are still remaining quantity after all contract has been applied.
