Tried entering a load based contract in 18.3 Dev. At the sequence level I see two immediate issues
First - There is no UOM on the Qty, so it can't save.
Second - It appears that I can modify the qty per load. I don't think we want to allow that. The qty per load should be fixed at the header.
UPDATE - I added "Inco Terms" on the contract face and the UOM was populated. Not sure why those are connected.
