To determine the price to convert it should be futures + price.
The FX conversion in vyuCTContractDetailView need to work even if no futures prices yet. Just compute for the basis.
Default currency pair and exchange rate and fx uom(once saved user will manually change) look for To currency same as Invoice currency
If Invoice and cash price currency are same then Currency pair will be blank
Add a field in view if FX is valid
