Once the *Create New* link is clicked and after the logic described in CT-1996 a new contract needs to be created using the following steps:
# New contract Pricing Type = Priced
# Type = (opposite of original contract)
# Status = Washout (new Status)
# Set the Original Seq. No. to the original contract (using c# - s# format (example: 648-1)
# Set the Washout Seq No. to the new contract / sequence (itself)
# Do the opposite of steps 4 - 5 for the original contract.
# The new contract / sequence needs to be read-only.
# Allow entry of futures and basis for the new contract.
## Leave them blank and don't allow *Continue* until they are entered.
