When the *Create Contract* link is clicked on the new Washout screen, check to see if an existing contract was already selected. If one was already selected then display a message "A contract was already selected. Click OK to replace it with a new contract."
Once the new Contract is created then the *Select Contract* and *Create New* links should be disabled.
If the user attempts to close the Washout screen at this point then a warning message should be opened along with a suggestion that they should delete the automatically created contract.
