This screen should open when the *Select Contract* link is clicked on the new Washout screen illustrated in CT-1992.
This screen would be the Details tab (only) of the contract listing with locked down filters. Note that additional filters can be added but the ones listed below cannot be changed.
Add Contract Type filter and show opposite of source contract type(Purchase or Sale).
