* The printed flag and signed date (contract header) should be set to read only after an amendment is created
* Add a field to the ammendment detail to display signed and printed
** same fields need to be added to Amendment menu under Contract Management.
* the date signed should default to the current date (current) and allowed to be modified to on or before to current date.
** This allows you to record the actual date the counterparty wrote on the contract as the date.
** The audit should record the date and time that the check box was checked.
